Welcome to Cruz Automations. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Services Provided
Cruz Automations provides AI-driven automated text-back systems and lead generation services. Our service includes an AI assistant designed to respond to missed calls and website inquiries via SMS.

2. SMS Program Description and Consent
By opting into our service, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., missed call text-backs, appointment reminders) from Cruz Automations at the cell phone number used when signing up. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

3. SMS Opt-Out and Support
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our shortcode or long code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

4. Fees, Payments, and Carrier Liability

Setup Fee: A one-time, non-refundable setup fee of $197.

Lead Billing: $15 per qualified lead.

Automatic Billing: You authorize Cruz Automations to process charges via Stripe.

Carrier Charges: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies.

Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Age Restriction
By using this service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may not use or access the SMS service at any time or in any manner.

6. SMS Compliance and Responsibility
Customers must not use the system to send unsolicited "cold" spam. The Customer is responsible for ensuring their business remains compliant with local regulations (TCPA/CTIA).

7. Refund Policy
The $197 setup fee is strictly non-refundable once the system has been set live and the first automated message has been sent.

8. Limitation of Liability
Cruz Automations is not responsible for any missed business opportunities or inaccuracies in the AI’s responses. We are also not liable for any misusage , bugs, inaccurate systems, or issues. We will always try to help.

10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 7 days' written notice.
